SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON FACILITIES WITHIN SUNGLADE FOR STABLISATION PHASE

Dear Residents,

 SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON FACILITIES WITHIN SUNGLADE FOR STABLISATION PHASE

The MOH has undertaken a new restriction and tighten measures for Stabilisation Phase with effect from 27 September 2021 to 24 October 2021. Hence, our safe management measures are carried out as follow:

  • Swimming Pool

Group activities shall be limited to 2 persons including instructor. 3 metres distance between groups should be maintained at all times. No mixing between multiple groups throughout.

  • Gym & Sauna Room

Gymnasium room with mask-off activities are to resume up to maximum of 3 persons if all individuals are fully vaccinated. Sauna room only allow 1 person at a time. Kindly limit yourself up to 30 minutes gym time during peak hours so as to allow other residents to use as well.

  • Tennis Court

A group of 3 persons include coach are allowed each court at any one time. That is with maximum of 6 persons inside the 2 tennis courts. All bookings will have to be made via the Sunglade website @ www.sunglade.com.sg on a first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to bookings made online.

  • Function Room

         Function Room will be closed till further notice.

  • Reading Room

A maximum of 3 persons are allowed to use the reading room at any one time. At least 1 metres distancing between individuals applies. Masked-on at all times.

  • BBQ Pits

BBQ pits are to be closed till further notice. 

  • KTV Room

KTV room will remain closed as this activity where people are likely to come into close contact in enclosed space, and for prolonged periods of time. This, in turn, makes the risk of infections higher.

  • Playgrounds & Sandpit

Individuals shall maintain safe distancing of at least 2 metres at all times. 3 metres distancing between groups, with each group made up of not more than 2 persons, and with no mixing or interacting between groups.

  • Limitation of Visit in SunGlade

Maximum number of unique visitors per household will be reduced to 2 per day. Individuals should continue to limit their overall number of social gatherings to not more than 1 per day, whether to another household, or meeting with friends and family members. All visitors and coaches must declare the purpose of their visits at the Guardhouse before being allowed entry.

Masks can be taken off when performing strenuous activities, although it is still recommended as good practice even under such circumstances. During this period, all facilities that allow for use are opened for SUNGLADE RESIDENTS ONLY.

Bicycle Removal Exercise 2021

Dear Residents,

IMPORTANT UPDATES OF DERELICT BICYCLES DISPOSAL EXERCISE

We refer to the circulars dated 11 June 2021 and 8 July 2021.

The Management have temporary stored the derelict bicycles at the basement level 2 carpark premise nearby residential Blk.9.

The derelict bicycles will be stored for a period of 30 days, during which the owners can claim it directly from the storage facility or to register the bicycles with Management office.

Any derelict bicycle unclaimed after 30 days or by 24 September 2021 will be disposed at the Management’s sole discretion.

The Management is not responsible for bicycles being disposed or liable for the cost of locks, chains, other security devices, or any other items that may be damaged as a result of disposing these bicycles.

Update of SMMs of Swimming Pools at SunGlade

Dear Residents,

HEIGHTENED ALERT OF PHASE 2 SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON SWIMMING POOLS

The Multi-Ministry Taskforce has announced on 6 August 2021, the calibrated easing of safe management measures (SMMs) in Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) starting from 10 August 2021. MCST should note the SMMs and put in place measures to ensure compliance with these SMMs by their residents.

Under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 and regulations, MCST must, amongst others, take steps to regularly assess and identify the risks of transmission of COVID-19 that may arise in relation to all activities carried out in the estate.

In regard to the use of swimming pools, under the Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) SMMs: (i) group sizes of up to 5 persons but there should be no mixing or interaction between groups, (ii) 2 to 3 metres between groups and (iii) 1 metre between individuals. Masks must be worn before or after using the pools.

 MCST will deploy staff or security officers to step up patrolling and remind residents to observe SMMs. If necessary, the MCST may take down particulars of the residents who are un-cooperative, keep records (e.g. photos or videos) of such incident and report to BCA for follow up.

However, if users continue to breach the SMMs or guidelines, MCST will has no choice but to apply discretion to close the pools for the safety of all the residents.

 SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON FACILITIES WITHIN SUNGLADE IN PHASE 2  (Heightened Alert)

The MOH has undertaken a mid-point review of the Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) measures, and will allow some easing of the measures in two steps. The first will take effect from 10 August 2021, and the second from 19 August 2021, if conditions remain stable.

  • Swimming Pool

Group activities shall be limited to 5 persons including instructor. 3 metres distance between groups should be maintained at all times. No mixing between multiple groups throughout.

  • Gym & Sauna Room

Gymnasium room with mask-off activities are to resume up to 4 persons if all individuals are fully vaccinated. Sauna room only allow 1 person at a time. Kindly limit yourself up to 30 minutes gym time during peak hours so as to allow other residents to use as well.

  • Tennis Court

A group of 4 persons include coach are allowed each court at any one time. That is with maximum of 8 persons inside the 2 tennis courts.          Function Room is available for booking with charge to small-group social gatherings of up to 5 persons including children.

Individuals shall maintain safe distancing of at least 2 metres at all times. 3 metres distancing between groups, with each group made up of not more than 5 persons, and with no mixing between groups.

  • Limitation of Visitation into SunGlade

Each household may receive up to only 5 unique visitors per day. Strongly encourage unvaccinated individuals to remain in groups of up to 2 persons. All visitors must declare the purpose of their visits at the Guardhouse before being allowed entry. The restriction does not apply for grandchildren being cared by grandparents.

 

Masks can be taken off when performing strenuous activities, although it is still recommended as good practice even under such circumstances. During this period, all facilities that allow for use are opened for SUNGLADE RESIDENTS ONLY.

Parcel Santa is a delivery smart-lockers system for couriers to deposit the delivery item in the event receipient is not at home. For a small fee, you never have to worry about non-delivery of your parcel. Your online shopping experience can now be completely pleasant. Once the courier deposited your delivery item, collection PIN and QR Code will be sent to you via SMS will be sent to your mobile phone.

News (MCST): SunGlade Web Portal

Dear Residents of Sunglade,

 

Sunglade Portal aims to reduce paper consumption by digitisation of our administrative processes. The portal allows residents to make facilities bookings and also to contact Management Office via email. It will also allow Management to broadcast via email to all account holders. All residents, be it Subsidiary Proprietors, family members living together or Tenants should have a web portal account.

For Tenants:

- A valid Tenancy Agreement with Stamp Duty Certificate has to be submitted to Management Office for account opening. Expiry Date will be similar to Tenancy Agreement, hence do keep Management Office updated of your lease renewal.

 

For Family Members:

- The account opening can only be done by the Subsidiary Proprietor (registered owner). Should a secondary account be needed, it can only be done by Susidiary Proprietor.
